I get that your company has to grow and evolve, but I’m categorically apposed to AI and all it’s usages. I was mildly annoyed by the initial announcement of your plans to implement it in future versions of the site.
However, I just tried to access my saved URLs only to be forced to click “LEARN MORE ABOUT IT”. I don’t care to learn more about it. And I don’t like being forced to learn all about it.
Forceing engagement pisses customers off. Stop it.
