Make "view" a property of the collection#836

Currently changing view (card,compact,list.grid) affects all collections.
Instead make the view a property of the collection and

so certain collections can be list view (providing more context for a list of ‘to read’ links for example) and others can be compact (where it is a jump button to another website and context isn’t needed)
