prevent toby from starting new user invitation window, when clicking to launch#828

I am a paying user, but often when I click on the Toby link, the join Toby screen pops up. The only way to access my Toby home screen is to go through the series of setting up a new user steps. this happens 3 out of 4 times i launch Toby. PLEASE fix this.
