Publicly Editable Shared Collections: allow non-toby users to add (and remove) links and notes from a collection shared by a link#808

The share collection is I think a very cool feature. However, it would be so useful for people that you share a collection list with through an open link to be able to edit that collection, and to have the option to make the collection editable.

(For instance, a classic use case would be a collection of links from craiglist and facebook marketplace of ideas for a new coffee table shared to family members. Making it easy for those people that might be outside of the target demographic to add to or veto propositions by having a ‘add/remove link’ button if enabled by the sharer)

It would allow for Toby to be more than a team-based program that assumes that everyone has a potentially paid account to something like when2meet serving as a defacto online interface for link-sharing and, more importantly, link-curation, effectively dramatically increasing the customer aquisition funnel. The usual toby would still be more powerful, and the collection editing can remain bare-bones, and maybe, if the buisiness model demands it publicly editable collections could be made to only be creatable by paid users (even if a full-fledged, fully public, barebones interface like when2meet would, imo, be a great addition to the buisiness model).
