While I understand your need to generate income, at some point you promised that Legacy plans will remain safe from your changes. A while later, probably because you did not acquire sufficient NEW paying customers, you are once again changing the legacy plan to starter plan. This is worrisome and hard to trust.

My suggestion: offer legacy users a discounted plan that matches Raindrop’s yearly plan. Otherwise I see no point on continuing with Gettoby.
