"Sync to Collection" button for currently open tabs#780

“Sync to Collection” button that would do 3 things at once:

1. Remove from a collection all tabs that are not currently open in my
   browser window.
2. Save session to the selected collection.
3. Remove all duplicates in that respective collection (in case it
   creates duplicates during the save session action)

This would allow one to switch working from one project to another
with much ease and would make Toby actually useful in managing tabs
across multiple project.
