Enable the Android app to save URLs from other apps via the Android share menu#668

As far as I can tell, currently, the only way to save new URLs with the Toby Android app is to manually use the Android system’s copy/paste function to first copy a URL in another app, then create a new Tab in Toby, and finally, paste the URL into Toby’s Tab creation form.

This is cumbersome, and in 2023, it’s very unusual for an Android app that primarily saves and organizes URLs to be unable to receive URLs shared from other apps via the Android share menu. This employs Android Intents, and Toby’s use case is simple, so it should be pretty quick and easy to implement.
