Please allow users to change the font-name of cards and highlight them in different colors.

consider the option to color code the tabs or add a star as a means of organizing the tabs further within each collection.

Please allow users to change color scheme. Not everyone likes pink color scheme.

please allow for colour coding as a means of organising. I see a colour way more easily than something written.

Allowing color coding of the background color of collections would be great for helping to organize and easily find what you are looking for. :)
