Save bookmarks in an offline mode#40

I can’t save a bookmark when Toby is trying to connect. It states that some actions may not be available and that I should check back in a few minutes.

I should ideally be able to save a bookmark at any time. When Toby goes down, data could temporarily be kept in local storage to be synced later.
