Adding thumbnails and/or allow to customize them.#306

Hi, I want to suggest to add an option for thumbnails (some websites just don’t have a thumbnail/icon), other websites like youtube and twitter dont add the channels icon or thumbnail for easy reference. I want to have multiple youtube channels separated by tab and then add a thumbnail for each. Thanks for helping so far :D
